Sønderborg Yacht Club has a long tradition to organize major sailing events, including large international events. This includes Optimist EC in 2022, Contender WC in 2017 and class Europe WC in 2013.
When we arrange races, our goal is to carry out the activities on water at a professional level.
In Sønderborg Yacht Club, it is part of our DNA that we do our utmost to ensure that the sailors have a positive experience both on the water and on land through the social program after the sailings.
Our success criteria are that the participants go home with a positive experience and want to return to Sønderborg one day.
We are proud to host the Zoom8 European Championship 2025, and we hope to see you in April 2025 in Sønderborg.
